Angel Horvat
Founder, CEO & CPO
Angel has spent over 15 years helping organisations get real value from their Technology, Data, and AI programmes. At Gartner, he co-founded both the AI & ML Strategy practice and the Market Analytics practice, leading tens of engagements in technology intense industries — from platform architecture and data-driven optimisation to AI strategy, governance, and operationalization. At Nike EMEA, he led the consumer data strategy that connected data and AI initiatives to business outcomes at scale. AI Readi is the product of everything he's learned about what actually works when organisations adopt technology, especially AI.
